Four partners with diverse business experience, Tim Allen, Arthur Aucoin, Scott Penney Jr., and Edward Owen share one common thread: each is a Mercedes-Benz owner and enthusiast. As such, each recognized the shortage in the marketplace of a truly independent, Mercedes-Benz specific, repair facility that delivers the highest caliber of service at a competitive price. In response to this shortage, together as a team, they founded European Auto Solutions (E.A.S.).

Our knowledgeable staff (Ed, Arthur, and Scott have over 20 years combined experience at the former Hatch & Sons) and our 12,000 sq. ft. facility equipped with the latest in service technology and customer amenities are all dedicated exclusively to the service and mechanical restoration of your Mercedes-Benz product. At E.A.S., we understand the scheduling demands of today’s active lifestyle. To assist you, we proudly offer complimentary loaners, local shuttling service, and an extensive waiting area. Our small fleet (and we mean small at this point) of loaners are Mercedes-Benz products and are usually scheduled in advance. In addition, Enterprise rental cars are available for emergencies. Upon request, it would be our pleasure to shuttle you up to 5 miles from our location: your home, office, commuter rail, or to any of the various shops and restaurants on Moody Street here in Waltham.
